please read the following:

- Do not believe any person wanting to rent to you that lives outside
the country.
- You have a valid contract, you have to be able to see the
apartment/house prior to renting it.
- Do not send money to anyone unless you meet them in person and, the
place for rent and get a real contract.
- Do not give anyone you don't know your bank account information.

No matter how good it looks and cheap it seems, DO NOT believe them
please, nothing is real. Donate your money to a better cause!
