More info
In an attractive, dark olive, this very comfortable, large, 3-seater, sofa bed has been sitting, unused in storage for 4 years and was purchased 2 years prior to that. It was purchased for $1,500 at Ikea. Apart from one, small tear and a couple of spots of discoloration (as represented in the photographs), the upholstery is in good condition. The imperfections luckily are in areas not obvious.
The bed is a queen-size, the mattress in decent condition if but a couple of spots of discoloration.
The main issue unfortunately however, is the legs (which were removed for storage) that do not seem to want to go back on fully - something might have gone awry with the thread for the screws. The legs are necessary for the sofa bed to sit on the ground. If you are handy however, I’m sure it will be easy peasy to pop new legs on or figure out how to reattach the existing ones.
Overall, this is still a really good quality sofa bed for a deal of a price. These things are expensive. Please reply to this post with any queries or to arrange a time to view the item. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH RESPONSES TO ORGANISING VIEWING TIMES. I AM IN THE USA AND WILL BE COORDINATING VIEWINGS IN SEAFORTH, AUSTRALIA (WHERE THE ITEM IS LOCATED) WITH SOMEONE THERE. THIS WILL ALL BE DONE VIA EMAIL AND WITH TIME DIFFERENCES, THERE WILL BE A LAG IN GETTING BACK TO YOU.
