My lovely flatmate is living at the end of the Uni semester back to her country, hence the room becomes available on the 27th of November
The room for rent is in a beautiful resort style security complex. It is a 2 bath 2 bedroom apartment overlooking a park, hence we get wonderful sunsets and lots of natural light.
The unit is very spacious, clean, modern with all the mod cons and furnished.
For rent is a double room with OWN bathroom, double mirrored built in wardrobes, FULLY FURNISHED, windows facing the park - for one person only.
There will be only two people in the apartment one being me: a local female of an European background in her 20's currently studying Masters Degree at University of Sydney and working part-time.
There is an outdoor SWIMMING POOL surrounded by palm trees with SPA (perfect for Sunday Summer) also a GYM included in the rent.
The apartment is located 5 mins walk to St Peters train station - 3 stops (10 mins) to City Center or buses at the door to City, UNI, Bondi, Coggee.
Close to University of Sydney, UTS and the funky Newtown (Lot's of trendy cafes, shops, bars and restaurants).
The rent is $250 per week plus the bills (electricity, gas and Internet - under $15p/w)
There is a wireless, high speed Internet with VOIP and local phonecalls are included (you can call your family anywhere in the world using the calling card and not be charged for the local call cost etc).
I am looking for a friendly flatmate who is social, but not a party animal. Don't mind having friends over for dinner, drinks or just socializing, however we do not have massive parties (often) - for those we go out to the city :)
Sorry by the Strata rules there can be no animals. Outside (balcony) smokers are fine.
If you are new to Sydney I don't mind showing you around or sharing the knowledge about this great city, if you want :)
