You would basically be sharing the house with a young professional couple and another lady. You would be having the bedroom on your own, of course. The West Ryde train station is about a 10 minute brisk walk away and the bus stop is about one minute away, depending on where you are headed. If you have a car, there is plenty of free parking on the street. There is also a convenience store/service station about one minute walk away and there is a large shopping centre including supermarkets, post office, pharmacy and medical centre near the train station. Additionally, there is a park, a gym, a leagues club, and various fast food joints in the area.

There is also a broadband connection in the house. The rent is AUD 160 per week for the room plus there is a fixed $25 charge each week for expenses and this includes: periodic professional cleaning, phone line rental, internet, electricity, gas, water and other common household expenses. The bond is four weeks rent. There are no other bills or charges.
