This is a double room for one person (no couples or twosomes please), right in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
You have your own balcony, a shared bathroom and a fully-furnished room (bed, linen, wardrobe and desk).
The rent is $300/week and that includes all bills.
The apartment itself is a block from Darling Harbour and three blocks from George St, with 24 hour security, a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym.
All appliances such as a dryer, dish-washer etc are already in the apartment.
You would be sharing the apartment with five other people, all of whom are very nice people and easy to live with - three English people, an American and a kiwi. We are all between the ages of 19 and 30.
We are looking for someone who is easy to live with, likes to debrief at the end of the day with a drink occasionally and who will fit into a flat of young professionals.
