There are lots of amazing restaurants and cafe's about 2-5 minute walk away. In terms of internet, at the moment we both have our own pre-paid usb internet. The type of person we're looking for would be honest, intelleigent and reliable. And preferably single and drama-free too. Short-term is okay, but we prefer not to share with messy backpackers (again) and we definitely DO NOT want to share with any couples (or if you are part of a couple).

Otherwise, rent is quite cheap for the room + full use of all facilities ($160 pw).
Bills (including water, electricity and other utilities) are flat fee of about $10 pw. Only 1 week bond required.
A very quiet and leafy area with access to public transport (5 mins walk to rail station) and a short walk to a small shopping area with cafe and large supermarket etc. Any length of stay is fine. A cool place in the summer.
