We are looking for a FURNISHED studio/room-share/apt/house with a double bed in the heart of all things fun in Sydney. Walking distance to public transportation. Internet connection necessary. One parking place would be nice.

Here's the story: I moved to the Gold Coast a couple of months ago for work. My husband will be joining me there in January from the United States. But first he must live in Sydney for a month so he can visit/exercise our dog in quarantine. I will drive down to join him in Sydney for two of the approx. four weeks that he is there. We are in our early thirties and want a quiet, secure place in the heart of everything so we can explore the city. We are reliable, responsible people. My husband will need to work during the day most days, and will require an internet connection to do so. We both have Skype and could "meet" you online if desired.

We would like to pay less than $300 a week, with a deposit given up front and the remainder provided upon arrival.
