I am looking for a house to share with another professional person or couple in Sydney, fairly flexible as to where.

I am early 30's with good refs, full time work and a easy going manner.

I am pretty quiet as I am also completing a degree p/t as well as working so no crazy parties - although I'm not one to stay in my room and never speak...

I am looking for a house with a garden or courtyard as I have a small well behaved doggie. She doesn't shed so no evidence of a dog is noticeable anywhere and she is well mannered and house trained.
