I have been an online English tutor for the past 18 months to a 35 year old male Nepali student of Community Welfare Work at TAFE. His name is Bikki. He has lived in the Sydney area for almost 16 months. I've offered to place this ad for him because he's extra busy looking on his own for a room -- his current living situation is unsatisfactory. I have never known a more hard-working, disciplined, flexible and moral individual. Because of his keen interest in caregiving, he has recently attained Certficate 2 in Aged Care and expects to soon receive Certificate 3. He also holds a bachelor's degree in management, with an emphasis on marketing. He has a little spare time to provide services in the home in exchange for any rent over $100 and he would be happy to answer any questions to see if he can meet your needs. He prefers kitchen privileges but if his schedule allows, he can share meals with household members if you prefer. He can cook both South Asian and Western style and is highly interested in learning about new foods and how to prepare them. He uses broken English but his reading and writing skills are particularly fluent. His listening skills are also quite fluent. His speech is sometimes difficult to understand but I've found that with a little extra time, communication is accurate.
