The power-tower shown allows for pull-up (wide-grip, reverse grip, etc) and if you can't do one pull-up, no need to worry!!! There is a pad that you can sit on with adjustable bands that will assist you until you are able to do one on your own! Also allows for push-ups using the bars pictured on the feet of the unit, dips and abdominal leg raises. This tower alone will give you a full body workout.
I am asking for $200 ono for ALL of this together. As you can imagine, I paid a lot more than this for just the tower, let alone the weights and bench.
