We are going overseas and renting our three-bedroom beautiful house in January/February 2010. Situated in Vaucluse (just 5 mins from Bondi/ 20 mins to the CBD) you get country living in the city! The house is set on a massive, grassy private backyard with views of the Harbour. The location is great – directly opposite Christison Park and the stunning coastal walk; it is also walking distance to a number of beautiful swimming beaches (Parsley Bay, Watsons Bay, Neilson's Park etc).

The house is fully furnished with all mod-cons (dishwasher, 40-inch television, microwave, WiFi etc). We have two children, so could leave some toddler essentials out such as high-chair, change table etc if you like.
