Only 10mins to the city and 15mins to Bondi Beach. It's a really beautiful and interesting suburb, there's no better way to experience Sydney!

The available bedroom is well-sized with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, a desk, and a view over the courtyard.

The house has 2 bathrooms (the second is a toilet in a separate laundry building), a large open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stove etc), a large sunny courtyard and back living area, and a front dining & living area (with flat screen tv & surround sound).

Housemates:
The two other housemates are both girls - an American who's 27, and a Swede who's 30. Both are professionals and work typical business hours in the city. Both are also really laid-back, and great to share a glass of wine with.

Sublet details:
We're looking for somebody who will want to rent the room for a 4 - 8 week period (sorry but no couples). Ideally someone of similar age, who is easy to get along with.
