You will be living right at shelly park / beach close to cronulla station and the shops (5-10mins by foot) and even closer to the surf (1 min). It is just amazing waking up and having your breakfast on the balcony fighting of the cockatoos, that are in their mating-thing. :-)
you'll be sharing the flat with amazing alex (you can see her on the photo on the right). actually most of the house knows each other and usually are up to share a party (if not in the park then in someones place). so if you are seriously into having a calm time, you'd better move to the western suburbs :-)

I live in a really, really nice apartment in the Zenith building in Potts Point (ie Kings Cross), right near all the best cafes and bars in Sydney, 1 block from the train station, and have to go overseas for 2 months for a consulting project. You can take a lift down to the basement and go to the supermarket without even leaving the building. The kitchen counter-top and bathroom finishings are all marble, there's awesome kitchen appliances including gas stove, dishwasher, microwave etc, and two big balconies with crazy views. And a pool. And spa. And sauna. I need to find someone responsible who can take care of it and cover my rent while I'm away � not looking to make a profit here, but can't afford to pay for an empty apartment for 2 months.
