We have a beautiful apartment in North Berkeley. Leafy, quiet street. Wonderful neighbors. Great neighborhood, close to the university, transport into SF and steps from the best food places in Berkeley (The Cheese Board, Vintage Wine, Chez Panisse, Farmers' Markets). 1 bedroom, big kitchen and bathroom (with a clawfoot tub) and a big sunny deck.

We are a couple in our 40s. I am Australian, but have lived in Berkeley for the last 2 years with my partner. We are looking to be in Sydney for December and Jan and require out own accommodation while there. We are non-smokers and have no pets.
