We've got three rooms available, according to your budget.

ROOM 1 ($90 a night) - This is almost like a separate apartment in itself so the price is bargainous!!!! Room #1 is a sumptuous suite with your own private bathroom

ROOM 2 ($80 a night) - Bright twin bedroom with 2 double beds, cable TV, fresh bedding and towels provided.

ROOM 3 ($60 a night) This double room is great for a single traveller or a couple. It comes complete with a comfortable brand new double bed, 2 separate wardrobes and large dresser.

Here are some important details you should bear in mind:
The MINIMUM stay is 5 nights.

All I require is 25% (which is non-refundable) of the total cost of your stay, Which is to be paid via www.paypal.com and sent to perfectstaynyc@gmail.com or comfortstaynyc@gmail.com
(I DON'T accept cheques, bank transfers or money orders) to secure your booking.

The remainder of the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.

Each room has 2 sets of keys which you will be given on arrival and are to be returned on your departure date.

Check out time is 12pm on your departure date. This is so I have enough time to prepare the room(s) for the next guests. I work full time and so need to fit housekeeping around my own busy schedule.
