Much cheaper and more comfortable than a hotel... this is my home so it is well looked after and well presented... I am only interested in people who will treat it with the same care.

* 2 bedrooms: Master bedroom with ensuite and queen sized bed, 2 bedroom with balcony and double sofa bed (matress is very comfortable for a sofa bed).

* 1 Secuirty Car Space (an extra carspace is available at extra cost if required).
* 3 Balconies: Great for outside dinning and floods the apartment with lots of beautiful natural light.
* 1 generous fully equiped kitchen: Gas SMEG cooktop, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
* 1 large living space: Equiped with large flat screen television (with cable TV), dinning table for 6 and soft luxurious furnishings.

* 10 mins to Bondi, Tamaramma, Bronte beaches.
* 20 mins to Sydney International/Domestic Airport.
* Easy to acess Sydney public transport/taxis.

Conditions & Charges:

* Available from 25th December 2009 - 31st March 2010
* Minimum stay is 2 weeks (this is non-negotiable)
* Full weekly rate is $1650, this includes: All bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi internet, one security car space, kitchen condiments and building utilities.
* Cleaning fee $250. This is charged once per stay. If you require a regular cleaning service during your stay this can be arranged POA.
* A security bond of $2000 is required 7 days prior to your stay. This will be refunded once apartment has been inspected after your departure (within 7 days).
* A deposit of 50% of the total bill is required to secure booking and remainder must be paid 7 days prior to your stay.
