We are looking to rent our house out over the Christmas and New Year season. The house is great for a family or a couple(s) to stay for a very relaxed comfortable holiday on the beach.

* Lots of stairs... there are a lot of stairs as the house sits of the side of a steep hill. It's not an issue for us with two kids under 2, so it may not be for you as well. But it's worth mentioning if you require flat access to the house.

Whale Beach is famous for it's surf and glamorous, but very relaxed friendly lifestyle. Many famous people live here and stay over the Christmas/New Year period. It is located next to near national parks and waterways, excellent for sailing, walking and cycling
* 2 drive to local shops (Avalon) with grocery stores, cinema, restaurants and cafes
* 45 drive to downtown or CBD
* 1 hour to Sydney International/Domestic Airport
* Easy access to public transport/taxis

Conditions & Charges:

* Available from 21st December 2009 - 17th Janurary 2010
* Minimum stay is 2 weeks (this is non-negotiable)
* Full weekly rate is $2000, this includes: All bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi internet, one security car space, kitchen condiments
* Cleaning fee $250. This is charged once per stay. If you require a regular cleaning service during your stay this can be arranged POA.
* A security bond of $2000 is required 7 days prior to your stay. This will be refunded once apartment has been inspected after your departure (within 7 days).
* A deposit of 50% of the total bill is required to secure booking and remainder must be paid 7 days prior to your stay.
