The apartment itself is immaculate and has been kept in pristine condition by my former tenant who occupied the appt for 9 years.
The bathroom is bright and airy with in built shower, bath, toilet and ample storage space for toiletries. The living room boasts wooden floors as does the rest of the apartment. It has a brand new leather love seat and cable TV. It also has a full size futon sofa which doubles up as a sofa bed at at night.
The Kitchen is in fabulous condition with neutral decor and has a large fridge freezer, coffee maker and microwave along with a large cooker. The bedroom has a large king size bed with 2 closets.
The apartment has two air conditioning units to keep it cool and the appt will comfortably sleep up to 4 people.
