The 3-storey Art-Deco building is situated in a quiet part of a pleasant street. Apartment 3 is on the ground floor of the building so it is easily accessible. Apartment 5 is on first floor of the same building with an outlook over the leafy street. Both apartments have been tastefully renovated with polished floors and modern finishes, but retain nice Art Deco period features such as high ceilings, elegant lines and ornate details.
At the back of the building you'll find a nice paved courtyard with outdoor seating, which is perfect for catching the morning sun and getting away from the afternoon heat. The courtyard is available to all the residents of the building.
Accommodating up to 3 adults, Apartment 3 has a large Queen-size bed in the main bedroom and a very comfortable King Single bed in the smaller bedroom. Apartment 5 also sleeps 3 adults. It has a large Queen-size bed in the main bedroom and a very elegant white leather sofa bed in the smaller bedroom. Included with your rental is the use of all facilities and modern appliances, including stainless steel fridge, washing machine and dryer, microwave, large LCD screen TV, DVD player and an elegant leather lounge. Altogether you have a stylish relaxed beachside home within view of Bondi Beach and next to all of Bondi's exciting lifestyle options.
