Conditions & Charges:
* Minimum stay is 2 weeks (this is non-negotiable)
* Full weekly rate is $2000, this includes: All bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi internet, one security car space, kitchen condiments and building utilities.
* Cleaning fee $250. This is charged once per stay. If you require a regular cleaning service during your stay this can be arranged POA.
* A security bond of $2000 is required 7 days prior to your stay. This will be refunded once apartment has been inspected after your departure (within 7 days).
* A deposit of 50% of the total bill is required to secure booking and remainder must be paid 7 days prior to your stay.
